Musetta Durkee Joins C&P as Of Counsel

Musetta Durkee has joined Clinton & Peed as Of Counsel. Before joining Clinton & Peed, Musetta was a senior associate in the New York office of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP. Musetta earned her undergraduate degree from Columbia University, a Master’s degree in performance studies from NYU, and a J.D. from Berkeley School of Law.  

Musetta has extensive experience representing a diverse set of clients, litigating in a broad range of forums, conducting investigations in response to inquiries from federal and state authorities, and advising clients on compliance programs, contracts, and strategy.

She has also remained committed to pro bono work—representing children in asylum and immigration cases through Safe Passage Project, advising artists through work with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, and founding Legal Bodies, a nonprofit organization monitoring laws and regulations affecting bodies. Sanctuary for Families has twice honored Musetta with its Above & Beyond Award for Excellence in Pro Bono Advocacy (in 2014 and 2017).
